• Advising clients on compliance with labor laws and regulations of Ukraine and foreign countries
• Advising on complex aspects of social security and employees taxation
• Drafting of employment and collective agreements
• Developing intra-corporate work rules, personnel regulations, labor instructions
• Advising clients on compliance with applicable law in hiring new personnel, obtaining work permits, and redundancy and dismissal
• Negotiating settlements of disputes situations with trade-unions
• Representing clients' interests in collective labor disputes (conflicts)
